How does the AWW stone mat dry so quickly?

The diatomaceous earth stone surface is designed to absorb moisture from wet feet quickly and help it dry between uses. Unlike fabric mats, the rigid surface does not hold water in soft fibers.

Do I need to use the included non-slip pad?

Yes. For better stability, place the included non-slip pad underneath the mat and use it only on clean, dry, hard and flat surfaces such as tile, sealed wood or stone.

How do I clean and refresh the stone surface?

Wipe or rinse the surface with clean water and allow it to air-dry. If absorption slows over time, residue may be blocking the pores. Lightly sanding the surface with the included sandpaper can help refresh performance.

Are fold lines normal?

Yes. Light fold lines may be visible when the mat is first unpacked due to the foldable design and compact packaging. They usually become less noticeable after the mat is laid flat and allowed to rest.
